Return and Refund Policy
- Request for return or refund is only valid within 7 days from the date the package has been received by the customer.
- No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from our shop. Before returning the merchandise, please send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used or altered items will no longer be accepted for refund or exchange.
- Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to Shop, Save & Bake. Shipping costs incurred for returning the product will not be refunded to the customer.
- After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification if your request has been approved. Once approved, your refund/exchange will be processed within a number of days depending on the availability of replacement item or the means for the refund.
- Any missing item must be reported to us within 2 days from the date you received the item. Replacement item will be included on your next purchase.
- A refund may be subjected to a minimal processing fee charged by the third party payment gateway. Processing of approved refund may take 2 to 5 working days.
Orders may be canceled due to any of the following conditions:
- Order not yet processed and payment was not yet collected by Shop, Save & Bake.
- Order and payment were made online but the product is out of stock.
- Pre-approved change of the ordered item/s.
